【学习建议】对初学者来说，持续接触比单次时长更重要，保持兴趣比攻克难点更重要。先从你能享受其中的内容开始，让耳朵熟悉英语的节奏和声音，建立信心。当你发现能听懂的内容越来越多时，自然就有了进入下一阶段的动力。- 选择比你现有水平稍高一点点的材料。能听懂60%-80%的内容。如果几乎全懂，说明太简单；如果几乎不懂，则太难。
- 不暂停播放的情况下，能大致跟上并理解主要内容。遇到几个生词或听不懂的句子是正常的，这正是学习的起点。
