⭐【学习建议】对初学者来说，持续接触比单次时长更重要，保持兴趣比攻克难点更重要。先从你能享受其中的内容开始，让耳朵熟悉英语的节奏和声音，建立信心。当你发现能听懂的内容越来越多时，自然就有了进入下一阶段的动力。

• 选择比你现有水平稍高一点点的材料。能听懂60%-80%的内容。如果几乎全懂，说明太简单；如果几乎不懂，则太难。
• 不暂停播放的情况下，能大致跟上并理解主要内容。遇到几个生词或听不懂的句子是正常的，这正是学习的起点。

• Sarah always dresses in the newest, most trendy clothes.莎拉总是穿最新、最时髦的衣服。

• If you only buy trendy clothes, they'll be out of fashion by next year.如果你只买时髦的衣服，明年它们就过时了。

• My grandpa isn't trendy, but he dresses in a way that's fashionable and classic.我爷爷不算时髦，但他的穿着既时尚又经典。

• I really wanted a BMW, but after looking at the price tag I might have to reconsider.我真的很想要一辆宝马，但看了价格标签后，我可能得重新考虑一下。

• Henry wanted to ask Laura out, but he had to reconsider after seeing her with another man.亨利想约劳拉出去，但看到她和另一个男人在一起后，他不得不重新考虑。

• Are you sure you want to move to China? Maybe you should reconsider.你确定要搬到中国吗？也许你应该重新考虑一下。

🧼 Clean and unlikely to cause illness.➡️ Hygienic / 卫生的

• I'd like to live in a clean, hygienic environment.我想住在一个干净、卫生的环境里。

• The restaurant has great food and is very hygienic.这家餐厅食物很棒，而且非常卫生。

• He's a great guy, but he's not very neat or hygienic.他是个好人，但不太整洁，也不太讲究卫生。

💉 Completely clean and free from germs.➡️ Sterilized / 消毒过的

• The needles at the doctor's office are all sterilized.医生办公室的针头都是消毒过的。

• You'll need to sterilize that cup before you give it to the baby.你把这个杯子给宝宝之前，需要先消毒。

• The nurse had to come in and sterilize all the surfaces.护士必须进来把所有表面都消毒一遍。
