手厥阴心包经
HAND PERICARDIUM CHANNEL
Primary Channel
Begins: in the center of the chest起于胸中goes down through the diaphragm, to the Middle Jiao and the Lower Jiao 下膈，到中下焦
Branch: from the inside of the chest that emerges near PC-1. It goes down along the antero-medial aspect of the arm and passes PC-3. It goes between the tendons of the palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis muscles and ends at PC-9从胸内出腋下，在腋下 3 寸处的天池穴 (PC-1) 附近浮现于体表。随后沿上臂前内侧下行（行于肺经与心经之间），经过肘窝处的曲泽穴 (PC-3)。接着沿前臂下行，进入掌长肌腱与桡侧屈腕肌腱之间，穿过手掌，止于中指指端的中冲穴 (PC-9)。
Branch: comes out at PC-8 and ends at the radial aspect of the ring finger从掌中（劳宫穴 PC-8）分出，沿无名指抵指端。
Linkage: The Pericardium Channel links to the San Jiao (Triple Energizer) Channel at the tip of the ring finger (SJ-1)心包经在无名指端（关冲穴 SJ-1）与手少阳三焦经相接。
Organs: Pericardium (Zang - Primary), San JiaoLuo Channel: starts at PC-6. It goes up the arm and connects with the Heart.起于内关穴 (PC-6)， 沿臂上行进入胸中，联络心系（及心包）Divergent Channel: separates from the primary channel at the upper arm and goes to the chest to connect with the Upper, Middle, and Lower Jiao. There is a branch that goes to the throat and emerges behind the ear, joining with the San Jiao channel. 在上臂部从主经分出，进入胸腔，联络上、中、下三焦。其分支上行过喉咙，出于耳后，与手少阳三焦经会合Sinew Channel: starts at the middle finger. It joins the Lung sinew channel and binds at the medial side of the elbow. It goes up the antero-medial aspect of the upper arm and binds inferior to the axilla. disperses in the chest and binds at the diaphragm起于中指，与手太阴肺经之筋并行，结于肘内侧（肘窝）。沿上臂前内侧上行，结于腋下，散布于胸中，结于膈肌P-1天池
On the chest, in the 4th intercostal space, 1 cun lateral to the nipple, 5 cun lateral to the anterior midline. Oblique or subcutaneous insertion 0.3 - 0.5 cun. Do not puncture deeply to avoid injuring the lung. 在胸部，第4肋间隙，乳头外1寸，前正中线旁开5寸。斜刺或平刺（皮下刺）0.3 - 0.5寸P-2天泉
On the medial aspect of the arm, 2 cun below the anterior axillary fossa, between the heads of m. biceps brachii longus and brevis.
Perpendicular insertion 1.0 - 1.5 cun.在臂内侧，腋前皱襞（腋窝前纹头）下2寸，肱二头肌的长、短头之间。直刺 1.0 - 1.5寸

On the transverse crease of the elbow, on the ulnar side of the tendon m. biceps brachii.Perpendicular insertion 1.0 - 1.5 cun.在肘横纹上，肱二头肌腱的尺侧缘（内侧缘）。直刺1.0 - 1.5寸；或用三棱针点刺放血P-4郄门
Xi-Cleft point of the Pericardium Meridian郄穴On the palmar aspect of the forearm, 5 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, on the line connecting PC 3 and PC 7. Perpendicular insertion 0.5 - 1.0 cun.在前臂掌侧，腕横纹上5寸，曲泽（PC-3）与大陵（PC-7）的连线上。直刺0.5- 1.0寸FUNCTIONS功效
Cools the Blood, moves the Blood, removes Blood stagnation, calms the Shen.凉血行血，祛瘀安神INDICATIONS症状
Cardiac pain, palpitation心痛，心悸Hematemesis, hemoptysis呕血，咯血P-5间使
Jing-River point 经穴，属金
On the palmar aspect of the forearm, 3 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, on the line connecting PC 3 and PC 7, between the tendons of m. palmaris longus and m. flexor carpi radialis.Perpendicular insertion 0.5 - 1.0 cun. 前臂掌侧，腕横纹上3寸，掌长肌腱与桡侧屈腕肌腱之间。 直刺0.5 - 1.0寸FUNCTIONS功效
Resolves Heart Phlegm, calms the Shen, regulates the Stomach涤痰宁神，调理肠胃INDICATIONS症状

Master Point of the Yin Wei Vessel(couple with SP 4)八脉交会穴（通阴维脉）配伍公孙(SP-4)治疗心、胸、胃部疾患On the palmar aspect of the forearm, 2 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, on the line connecting PC 3 and PC 7, between the tendons of m. palmaris longus and m. flexor carpi radialis.Perpendicular insertion .5 - 1.0 cun.
前臂掌侧，腕横纹上 2寸，两肌腱之间。直刺 0.5 - 1.0寸。

Ying-Spring point of the Pericardium Meridian荥穴，属火In the center of the palm, between the 2nd and 3rd metacarpal bones, closer to the 3rd metacarpal bone. When a fist is made, the point is where the tip of the middle finger touches. Perpendicular insertion 0.3 - 0.5 cun.在掌心，第2、3掌骨之间，偏向第3掌骨。握拳时，中指尖所指之处即是本穴FUNCTIONS功效

中指尖端中央（距指甲游离缘约0.1寸），浅刺 0.1寸，或点刺出血FUNCTIONS功效
Clears Heart Heat, benefits the tongue, resuscitates.清心泄火，利舌，苏厥开窍INDICATIONS症状
Cardiac pain, irritability, stiffness, swelling and pain of the tongue心痛，易怒，舌强，舌肿痛
